Clubs can collect up their evidence and put it in a file as hard copy or they can provide copies of files on a Memory stick.
They also need to complete the Application form, this can be done by printing it out and writing on it or completing this as a file on the computer.
Clubs need to be using Members Services on the Herts FA web site
Being a CS club means that there are certain codes policies and rules that clubs should abide by. Also on the link above ! All volunteers with direct access to children should be CRB checked and should attend a Safeguarding Children course. You need 2 adults to be working with each team, at least 1 of these should be level 1 qualified. Every 3 years the Emergency Aid and Safeguarding children qualifications need to be renewed and updated. Clubs will need to attend inservice events.
