What the league requires...
Home teams are to confirm K/O time and kit colour with the away side by 9pm on the Tuesday. If you leave a message by voicemail or with somebody other than the team manager, make sure that you ask that the manager confirms he has received the message. Failure to confirm in this manner may result in a minimum £10 fine on each count for the home team. Midweek fixtures must be confirmed to both opponents and match official[s] 5 days in advance or the same penalties may be levied.
If you have been allocated a League Referee again he must be confirmed by 9pm on the Tuesday, if you have not been allocated a referee, remember the referee secretary can appoint one up to 9pm on the Thursday evening, if you have not been allocated a referee and find one with in your club, let the referee secretary know so as not to waste his time trying to find you one.
Teams playing in WFL League Games /League Cup/Challenge Cup & Supplementary Cups only the HOME team only required to phone in the result, by 5pm on the Sunday to the relevant fixture secretary. 9pm if a mid-week game. If the game is not played for any reason then both HOME & AWAY need to contact the relevant fixture secretary with an explanation.
Home teams whose grounds are unplayable for any reason MUST accept any invitation from the published Away team, whose ground is playable and available , to travel to and play at their opponents venue if the game can commence within a 90 minute period of the published match kick off time provided that the confirmed revised kick off time is no later than 2.00 p.m. {Any return fixture will be reversed} Failure to comply with this will result in the loss of the game and a minimum £25 will be levied.
Teams playing in The Herts FA. Middx FA. London FA. AFA. National GB Maccabi. COUNTY CUP GAMES, whether playing your game HOME or AWAY you are required to ring in your result or postponement to your relevant fixture secretary.
Only players with a valid 2012-2013 season registration ID Card are permitted to play. 15 players = they show you 15 ID Cards, if they only have 14 players with ID Cards then only these players play. The player without an ID Card no matter what the excuse does not play. There is no exception to this rule. The rule about signing a piece of paper only applies if the opposition manager for some strange reason forgets his TEAMS ID Cards, then all the players present need to print their Name and DOB and sign alongside it. This then needs to be sent to the registration secretary Tracy Hudson. Failure to have and show your ID Cards at a game carries a minimum £25 Officers will be out and about during the season. Please exchange your ID Cards and do a card check, it will take 5 minutes. If officers are at games where card checks are not carried out, the teams will be fined a minimum £25 and other disciplinary measures may be taken against them.
Result Cards are to be received no later than by 1st post on Wednesday morning following a Sunday game. Or by 3 clear days [excluding Sunday] in the event of a midweek fixture [i.e. Games played Tuesday – card by Friday. Game played Friday – card by Tuesday. Failure in the result card arriving late or not arriving at all will result in a £5 fine and further fines levied weekly until the card is received.
Cards are not required for COUNTY CUP or other games organised by the FA
The result card sent in must be fully and accurately completed {NO SECTIONS LEFT BLANK] failure to comply with this will result in a £5 fine for each and every transgression which is wrong.
A club awarding a sporting mark of 50 or below to their opponents and or a mark of 50 or below to the referee on the result card must send in to the relevant result card secretary an accompanying letter explaining why such a low mark was given, when this refers to the referee the letter must also be copied to the referee’s secretary. Failure to do so will result in a £5 fine being levied.
Both teams must supply the referee with a MATCH DAY DELEGATE they must be made known to him 15 minutes prior to kick off. Any team failing to supply one will be fined £10
Substitutions
U7 U8 U9 U10 [7 from 7 named with the referee’s permission during a stoppage in play] A player who has been substituted during a match himself become a substitute and may in turn replace another player at any time. A player who has been replaced may return to the pitch as a substitute for another player. The maximum total of players on your result card should be no more than 14 players
U11 U12 [9-A-Side] [7 from 7 named with the referee’s permission during a stoppage in play] A player who has been substituted during a match himself become a substitute and may in turn replace another player at any time. A player who has been replaced may return to the pitch as a substitute for another player. The maximum total of players on your result card should be no more than 16 players
U13 U14 U15 U16 [5 from 5 named] in addition repeated substitutions are permissible as follows. A player who has been substituted during a match himself become a substitute and may in turn replace another player at any time. A player who has been replaced may return to the pitch as a substitute for another player. The maximum total of players on your result card should be no more than 16 players
U18 [5 from 5 named] A player who has been substituted during a match himself become a substitute and may in turn replace another player at any time. A player who has been replaced may return to the pitch as a substitute for another player. The maximum total of players on your result card should be no more than 16 players

When a player is suspended his league ID card must be returned to me, with a note of the games of his/ her suspension and a return envelope to return it once the suspension has been served.
