Dear Club Secretary
Please pass this onto your Under 18 managers, with effect from the 8th January any U18 team that list more than 14 players on their result card will be fined for playing an otherwise in-eligible player for which the fine is £50.00 You have verbally been told at all league meetings that U18 can only use 3 from 5 named substitutes and there is no roll on roll off. So the maximum players listed on their result card should not exceed 14 This message has also been posted on the league website, on football Mitoo and Dan Lauszkin U18 fixture secretary has also included it on the covering letter on his fixtures.
There has been an error in the POST CODE for Ted Gwynne your result card secretary it should read NG34 9AX if you have already sent your result card and used the post code as per the handbook could you re-send it, using the correct one
Season Starts
U9 – U18 Sunday 11th September.
U7 & U8’s Sunday 25th September.
Only players with a valid 2011-2012 season registration ID Card are permitted to play.
15 players = they show you 15 ID Cards, if they only have 14 players with ID Cards then only these players play.
The player without an ID Card no matter what the excuse does not play. There is no exception to this rule.
The rule about signing a piece of paper only applies if the opposition manager for some strange reason forgets his TEAMS ID Cards, then all the players present need to print their Name and DOB and sign alongside it.
This then needs to be sent to the registration secretary for that age group. U7 U8 U9 U10 U13 U16 U18 to Tracy Hudson U11 U12 U14 U15 to Dave Sharp. Failure to have and show your ID Cards at a game carries a minimum £25
League Officers carry out ID card spot checks
Officers will be out and about during the season. Please exchange your ID Cards and do a card check, it will take 5 minutes. If officers are at games where card checks are not carried out, the teams will be fined a minimum £25 and other disciplinary measures may be taken against them.
DO NOT USE THIS REFEREE - ADVICE FROM HERTS FA
We've had reports that Graham Cracknell has begun refereeing some youth clubs again.
Graham is a former referee that we have had a number of problems with.
He is not a registered referee and has spent a number of years trying to get around the rules and I believe he may now be telling clubs that he is registered with Berks and Bucks FA which is also not true.
I would be very grateful if you could advise your clubs not to use him.
